UEFA President wants white card and sin bin introduced

Michel Platini has asked for a review the way Refrees react to dissent on them by players, players who speak back aggressively should be "sinbined" for ten minutes.
During his book launch, titled "Parlons Football" he also requested for five substitutions as against the current three. He also feels a yellow card and penalty in the area or a red card and free kick outside the box would be a better punishment to a rough tackle in side the box which is usually a red card and penalty.
