The first vice president of the NFF Barr. Seyi Akinwumi announced early this morning that Keshi would no longer lead the Super Eagles.
"The Federation appreciated his effort for the success he achieved and the development of our football.
"We have decided to sponsor him and his technical crew (Daniel Amokachi and Ike Shoromu) to any choice of their coaching school to acquire for more knowledge in the game at our expenses," Akinwunmi said.
Former Super Eagles Coach Shuaibu Amodu will take over as an interim coach.
