Michael Phelps arrested for the second time? He's BUSTED FOR DUI

I don't know what's really wrong with this guy.. Why on earth he thinks he can make alone?? Yes!! Am talking about Michael Phelps... The policemen arrested Him for driving under the influence,, of which they're right. They did their Job.. He was arrested in Maryland early this morning. I don't even know if it's 7am then. I also got reports that the law enforcement sources had told TMZ Sports... Wait a min. This guy is normal?? Ask yourself that question.. I also got a reports that clear details of his arrest hasn't being produced to TMZ yet.... Yes.. TMZ posted that cops are currently preparing a statement and are expected to address th e media very soon... Everything on media? Yes!! What's that fastest means of communication? Telephone? No! Phelps the arrest took place around 1:40 AM in his white Range Rover? No clear details on that yet.. Seems TMZ saying something new.. He's it: " We're told he bombed his field sobriety test and his B.A.C. was almost twice the legal limit". Hey.. That's why i asked a question earlier in this post.. Is the guy normal?... Oh! Oh!! Oh!!! Don't mean it though...

Seems new... TMZ posted: " Our sources say Phelps was hauled to a nearby station where he was booked for DUI and was eventually released"... That's not the main thing yet.. All we're now looking for is clear details about his arrest; because this mark second time Michael was taking to the police station... All is DUI arrest.. Michael was popped in Maryland in 2004 when he was just 19....

I think,, if i'm correct... The arrest was because he struck a plea deal with prosecutors and plead guilty in exchange for 18 months probation.... TMZ says: multiple calls has been made to Michael's reps... That is, not one, not two.. but many calls has been made.. The unfoctunate thing was that, all these call upon calls, none has being picked... i have no idea about this though...
